Denny Costerison, Executive Director, Indiana Association of School Business Officials (IASBO)
(HEA 1009 has been reviewed by an IASBO committee working with DLGF, SBOA, DOE and IEERB during the summer and fall.
Denny will present an update on the committee work and potential legislative revisions.)

Courtney Schaafsma, Executive Director, Distressed Units Appeals Board (DUAB)
(Ms. Schaafsma will discuss the workings of the DUAB and the potential for fiscal indicators for all school corporations.)
