IASBO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
The following Indiana ASBO professional development activities will be held in the next three weeks:
• November 27 – Understanding the Legislative Process Seminar; Embassy Suites Downtown, Indianapolis
• December 4 – Business Office 203 Seminar; Primo South Banquet and Conference Center, Indianapolis
• December 11 – School Finance Seminar; Primo South Banquet and Conference Center, Indianapolis

To this end, the administrator employed must meet the following qualifications: • College Degree • CPA preferred or similar training • Previous experience as a business manager or related field preferred • Education experience preferred but not required Applicant should pose high ethical and moral standards; have a highly visible management style, strong skills in the area of budget development and administration, ability to establish good rapport with staff while maintaining budgetary focus and the ability to communicate with the community on budgetary matters.
Compensation: Salary $90,000+ commensurate with training and experience, health, life insurance, long-term disability, dental/vision, paid retirement contribution and 20 days paid vacation Contract: 260 days – two year contract
