In 2019, the Indiana General Assembly passed more than 50 new laws that affect school corporations. The 2019-2020 edition of Indiana School Laws and Rules will include these new laws, as well as all other education-related laws and state agency regulations that school board members, school administrators, and school attorneys need to know. Indiana School Laws and Rules also contains commentary that references court decisions and other helpful information, charts relevant to student discipline and employee discharge, and calendars with important dates from other state agencies.

This 1500+ page book is a valuable resource for those individuals involved in public education. It is edited by an experienced school law attorney, with contributions from several other attorneys with expertise in school law matters. Indiana School Laws and Rules is published by Thomson Reuters Publishing Company, a nationally-recognized publisher of legal materials.

The 2019-2020 edition of Indiana School Laws and Rules is being offered exclusively through the Indiana School Boards Association, Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents, and Indiana Association of School Business Officials.

Limited numbers of this exclusively-offered edition are being made available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The book will be available in September 2019 and shipped directly to those individuals or organizations that place an order.
