The IASBO Annual Conference brings together nearly 1,600 school business professionals and industry experts from across the state for opportunities to share knowledge, connect, work together to build thriving K-12 schools, and yes--disco dancing! 

IASBO recognizes the unique challenges faced by K-12 educators and administrators in recent years. This year’s theme, Stayin’ Alive in 2025: Refresh, Recharge, Renew is a reminder to take a step back, breathe, and focus on what truly matters: your well-being. Bringing together 1,000+ school business leaders from across Indiana, IASBO's Conference & Expo is the premiere event to gain visibility, establish relationships, and discover untapped business opportunities.

IASBO follows a tiered registration schedule to access to booth space. The morning your tier opens, you will receive an email with access to your registration link and codes.

Registration opens first for Emerald, followed by Platinum, Gold, Silver, and finally Business Associates. Each tier receives a dedicated registration window before the next level begins. Specific registration dates are provided to sponsors via email when their tier's window opens.
